A convenient location with glass front, high ceilings, good lighting and the entire close in parking a patron could want. Austin Art Space Gallery is a space that helps any exhibition look its best — both at the artist’s reception and during normal gallery hours. Plus, there are multiple restaurants and entertainment venues just around the corner.
Austin Art Space is enthusiastic about hosting exhibits. Making presentation space available to established and emerging artists fulfills part of the mission of the collective. And, frequently changing exhibits give patrons a reason to visit the gallery more often. No commission is taken on sold items.
The gallery offers clear, unobstructed carpeted floor space of 325 square feet with 15 ft. ceilings and walls on three sides. That’s plenty of space to accommodate 50 paintings and 100 patrons at an opening reception. With the glass front, patrons can spill out onto the covered walkway and still feel connected to the art.
The exhibit period is two consecutive weeks on display. The gallery is open to the public during regular business hours: Friday and Saturday, 11:00am-6:00pm and is staffed by Austin Art Space during those times. The renter has the option of extending the open days or open hours within the two-week period.

|Rental Policy||Rentals are generally booked two months or more in advance. Availability is on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. Renters are responsible for promoting and hanging their own show, and for complete clean-up after the conclusion of the run. Renters are responsible for providing and serving their own refreshments, if any. And, for providing their own labels, nametags, display material, etc.|
|Cancellation Policy||If a cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before the event date, the deposit will be returned, less any expenses that may have been incurred by Austin art Space regarding the event. If cancellation is made between 7 and 4 weeks before the event, a $175.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If the event is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the event date, the full event fee will be charged.|
